reduce vacancies, fill profitable boxes and simplify procedures.
Prologue Safe Deposit Box Accounting tracks an unlimited number of boxes
and provides customer information, such as billing and rental fee data.
On-screen customer inquiries by box number, location or customer name
allow you to search easily for vacant boxes anywhere in your organization.
The payment feature updates the system for payments received. The billing
feature calculates the amount due and generates statements. The system
also performs posting activities and can create an ACH direct payment
file.
Bill formatting is highly flexible. It allows you to change, itemize
or summarize with ease. Formats include mailing labels and rental contracts.
Prologue Safe Deposit Box Accounting calculates rental fees, surcharges,
discounts and premiums. It tracks total revenue and identifies revenue
components. The system also accounts for drilling and lost key charges,
as well as discounts for seniors, employees and others as defined by
your institution.
You can manage box rentals with a wide range of standard reports, which
you view on screen or send to the printer. Report features include a
waiting list that matches available boxes to appropriate customers and
status reports detailing actual and potential revenue. You also gain “What
If?” analysis of available, filled and vacant boxes, as well as
box discount reports to support evaluation and adjustment of income strategies.
