Dave Ulrich joined Risk & Performance Solutions in 1995 as senior vice president of sales, marketing and global alliances, bringing more than 20 years of financial industry sales and sales management experience to the organization. He was named business unit president in March 2001, and during his tenure as president, the company has consistently been recognized for its business performance and innovation.

Prior to joining Fiserv, Ulrich gained valuable banking industry experience during his 11-year tenure at Citicorp Information Resources (CIR), another Fiserv business unit. Before joining CIR, Ulrich spent five years with Unisys Corporation.

Paulette Reid

Paulette Reid joined Risk & Performance Solutions in 1998 as senior vice president of operations, and was named executive vice president and chief operating officer in 2001. She manages accounting, office services, client services, human resources, professional services and training.

Prior to joining Fiserv, Reid was senior vice president of operations at State Savings Bank, a $3 billion institution headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. During her 24-year tenure, Reid managed the bank's information systems group and credit card services, in addition to its electronic banking, call center and checking account/deposit services operations.

Danny Baker

Danny Baker joined Risk & Performance Solutions in 2002 as senior vice president and chief technology officer, bringing 21 years of combined banking and global technology experience.

He has served as controller and vice president of information services at a Dallas-Fort Worth bank; vice president of technology services at the Signature division of Fiserv; and senior vice president and director of market and application systems at Harland/Formation Technologies. Prior to joining Fiserv, Baker was senior vice president of global research and development at London Bridge/Phoenix International.

Dan Alf

Dan Alf joined Risk & Performance Solutions in 2008, bringing 20 years of finance, accounting and operations management experience predominantly in the financial services industry.

Before joining the company, Alf served in a senior financial management role at Fidelity National Information Services, with group accounting and finance responsibility that included core banking, Internet banking and bill pay products. Previously, he was a senior vice president and managing director for the Signature division at Fiserv, where his focus included finance, sales, professional services and customer support.
